There are 52 fish species of 12 families in the lake Baikal: Baikalian sturgeon, taimen, lenok,
loaches, omul (represented by 5 populations), white and black grayling, pike, roaches, daces,
minnows, tenches, crucians, sazan, sheat - fish, burbot, perch, yellowfin Baikal sculpin, big
and little Baikal golomyanka (oil fish) and so on; and 27 in 52 species of Baikalian fish are
endemic. Is it impressive? The fishers will enjoy fishing of lenok, grayling, taimen, pike and
other fish of Siberia on Lake Baikal and its rivers in the many perfect fishing places both in
summer and winter. There is fish for everybody!
